Juicing for Wellness

Fresh juice is a great way to boost wellness and to knock out a cold or fly. Try this juice next time you feel under the weather, or even just for a nice boost of freshness for your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 lb of carrots
  • 1 appple
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bunch of mint

Directions

Clean all ingredients very well. Remove the peel from the citrus and run all ingredients through a juicer. Enjoy!
