Honey Lime Fruit Salad with Mint
2-3 cups of any fruit that you like:
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp finely chopped mint
Chop all fruit in consistent sizes and combine in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice and mint. You can add extra honey for a sweeter sauce. Chill the sauce and the fruit separately and mix together just before serving.
