While we make sure that every item we place in your box is fit for a king, sometimes it doesn’t get to you that way or it may have sliped past us. Items may shift and get bruised during delivery; and there are other circumstances where produce just doesn’t get along. A banana for example releases ethylene which could affect the ripeness of peaches. Our produce ripens naturally free from gasing or chemical intervention, and we like it that way. You’ve entrusted us to pick the best for you and we do our best to do just that!
